was
established in 1979 as a purely maintenance and service
oriented company. In 1985 our sales department was added to
enhance the company's strength and longevity.
Global is
a licensed sound and communications contractor in Broward
(License #86-CCEC- 260-X) and Palm Beach (License #U-14116)
Counties.
RESPONSE
TIME
We provide
a two (2) hour response time for emergency service calls.
Service is considered an emergency when more than 50% of your
telephone system is out of order or, the main answering
position is down, or you are receiving no incoming calls
and/or unable to make outgoing calls.
Standard
service is dispatched within 24 hours of you reporting the
problem.
Add,
Change, Move orders are worked within 48 hours for stocked
items. Delays can be experienced due to parts orders, parts
backorders, or service backlogs.
Service
calls have top priority.
ON-SITE
LABOR RATES
Our
minimum charge for the first half-hour, $40 + Service order
charge $40
Each
additional half-hour is $40
REMOTE
ACCESS RATES
Remote
Maintenance is performed at $40 per hour, one-hour minimum.
NEW
JACKS
Jacks are
installed for $8 each, plus materials and labor. Cabling is
$.12 per foot for PVC type, or $.35 per foot for Teflon (fire
rated) cable.
Most jacks
can be installed for a flat rate of $85 each with PVC cable
and
$120 for
Teflon cable, which includes labor and materials.
PAYMENT
TERMS
New
accounts must be established by paying C.O.D. for their first
order. If accounting approves credit application, accounts
may be invoiced. Invoices must be paid in seven (7) days from
the invoice's date. Late charges are 18% per annum (1.5%
monthly) on unpaid balances.
