How to retrieve Voice Mail Messages from your desk
Press Voice Mail button You will be asked for your password
To retrieve your messages from another desk: Dial 455 when the Voice Mail answers dial # and your ext. number
You will be prompted for your password
To retrieve your Voice Mail messages from off property:
Dial main office phone number
When the Voice Mail answers dial # and your ext. number you will be prompted for your password
To Transfer calls to Voice Mail
When talking to the outside caller Press Voice Mail Button and dial extension number Of who you want to transfer the caller to Hang up. The caller will be transferred to that mailbox.
To leave a message for someone and not have the Voice Mail transfer you to their phone.
Call the Voice mail and dial * and there ext number. You will then hear there no answer greeting.
When Review Messages you can dial:
1– Rewind to beginning
6– Pause
7– Rewind (5 Sec)
9– Fast Fwd (5 Sec)
#- Skip to next Message
*- Cancel play message
After Listening you can
1– Replay
2– Save
3– Delete
4– Forward
5– Replay
8– More Info
#- Confirm Delete
