How do I turn on a room phone for local, long distance or internal calls?

Press FUNCTION

Press GUEST ROOM

Enter room number

Int = Internal calls only

Loc = Local calls no 1+calls

Ld = Local & Long distance calls allowed.

 

How do I set a wake up call?

When the room phone calls the console and asks for a wake up call press set wake-up key & enter 4-digit wake up time.

Press the set key if wakeup is for Am or press PM key for PM wake up calls.

 

How do I clear a wakeup call?

Press FUNCTION

Press GUEST ROOM

Enter room number

Press Clr Wake-up

 

How do I set the system time?

Press FUNCTION

Press ATT FUNCTION

Press SET TIME

Dial 4 Digit Time If AM Press SET (F2) IF PM press PM (F3) key to save.

 

How do I set the system date?

Press FUNCTION

Press ATT FUNCTION

Press SET DATE

Dial 6 Digits DD MM YY press SET (F2) key to save. 

 

How do I clear a 911 call ?

When a room dials 911 an alarm will show up on console with room number press clear button to clear alarm.

 

How can I override a call?

When you call a busy extension you will get a busy signal to barge in press and hold down override button (F8).

 

When I dial an outside call and try to enter digits (Voice mail or pagers) it tries to transfer the call what can I do?

When you call an outside number press TONES ON (F0) key and the system will continue to dial digits.

 

How can I test my outside trunks? (I think I have a problem)

Press TRUNKS

Dial trunk Number (1-10)

Press ATT ACCESS (you will hear dial tone)

 

How can I answer a call ringing at the console from another phone?

From an administration phone dial the TAFAS code (trunk answer from any station) Access code #0

 

The console put a call on hold how can I pick it up from another phone?

From an administration phone dial attendant hold pickup code. Pick up access code is *6 and operator hold key (1-4)
